SMTP Setup Guide
Step-by-step instructions for connecting your email account to Inboxvio
Add SMTP Now
What is SMTP and why do you need it?

SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) is the technology that sends emails from one account to another. Inboxvio connects to your existing email account using SMTP so that your campaigns are sent directly from your own email address. Your recipients see your name and email, not Inboxvio. Select your email provider below to get the exact steps for your account.

Best for High Volume

For sending large campaigns reliably, we recommend using a dedicated email service.

SendGrid — 100 free emails/day Brevo — 9,000 free emails/month Mailgun — Great deliverability
Please note: These instructions reflect the interface as of 2026. Provider interfaces may change over time. If any step looks different from what you see, please check the provider's official help documentation or contact their support team.
